Our mission is to provide a dwelling to our tenants that they will be able to call home.

We got into the home rental business in 1980 when we moved to Lubbock from New Mexico. We didn’t sell our first home when we moved instead we rented it. We did the same thing with our second home and it just turned into a business without intention, but we have stayed with it and have grown it into a great business with over 45 properties.

Our goal is to provide a home to our tenants that is clean, well maintained and a place they can feel at home in.

We believe that you do not have to wait more than what is reasonable for any repairs that need to get done.

Some of our tenants are long-timers, meaning they have been with us 10 years +, we must be doing something right!
